Commercial Loans

  • Real-estate, structure, machinery, and operating loans available
  • Variable terms and rates
  • SBA loans available for qualified borrowers

THE BANK is participating in the FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through June 30, 2010, all non-interest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules.
Non-Interest Bearing Transaction Accounts Changes: Under the TLGP, any transaction account that does not bear interest, no matter the ownership structure, is eligible for the temporary guarantee. On November 21, 2008, FDIC revised the program to include NOW accounts with interest rates of 0.5 percent or less and IOLTA accounts (lawyer trust accounts) in the transaction account program.

Notice: To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents and may make copies of these documents
for our records.
Disclaimer: Loans will be considered to all persons and entities in the trade area on the basis of credit worthiness without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract), receipt of income from public assistance programs, or the good faith exercise of any right provided by the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
